The Men’s Ministry(MM) of Tesano Baptist Church is an auxilliary wing of the church which is a member of the Ghana Baptist Convention. The ministry is a member of the Accra North Baptist Men’s Association which is under the South East Ghana Sector of Ghana Baptist Convention. 

The ministry is responsible for organizing the men to grow spiritually and socially. It also supports and promotes the church in its spiritual and physical development. This is done by pooling resources, experiences and ideas together where necessary. Regularly, we organize lectures on topical issues, embark on visitations, undertake projects and give donations to our church, daughter churches, and needy communities. The ministry nurtures and supervises the spiritual and social growth of the teens and young men in the church i.e Royal Ambassadors(RA) and Baptist Young Men(BYM). The ministry has for the past years been led and blessed with noble and astute spirit-filled men who have kept the ministry running to date. The ministry is currently under the leadership of Mr. Joseph Adu and ably supported by nineteen (19) other executive members.
